
Ноцицептивная и нейропатическая боль: влияние состояния глазной поверхности

Резюме
Глазная боль имеет много оттенков. Помимо чувства дискомфорта, она может вызывать снижение зрительного восприятия, зрительной работоспособности и качества жизни. В современной жизни и медицинской практике довольно много состояний, которые создают и провоцируют глазную боль. Важно правильно дифференцировать ноцицептивную (недлительную) и нейропатическую (длительную, органическую) глазную боль. При первой есть возможность скорректировать и улучшить самочувствие пациента, устранив причины. При второй — необходим глубокий план лечения с длительной коррекцией его психосоматического состояния. В обзоре рассмотрены морфологические и физиологические аспекты различных вариантов глазной боли, их причины, способы диагностики и лечения.
