Abstract:

The physiological changes that occur during pregnancy not only provoke the debut of diseases caused by degenerative-dysplastic and dystrophic diseases of the spine, but also aggravate the existing vertebrogenic pathology. The need for urgent neurosurgical intervention often arises because the risk of lifelong persistence of neurological disorders increases greatly if surgical treatment is delayed. The article presents 2 clinical cases of the patients who underwent surgeries for spinal neurosurgical pathology during pregnancy.
