Abstract:

The article discusses the treatment of patients with mechanical jaundice on the background of pregnancy. The article presents a clinical case of successful treatment of a pregnant patient with mechanical jaundice due to chronic fibrotic pancreatitis and stricture of the terminal choledochus by performing staged endoscopic interventions. It is concluded that repeated transpapillary endoscopic interventions can be performed without X-ray control.
