Abstract:

A successful experience of the treatment of a patient with secondary functional hypothalamic amenorrhea and primary infertility due to deviant behavior is presented. Normalization of body weight, emotional and mental stabilization and dosed physical activity contributed to the effective stimulation of ovulation and the restoration of reproductive function. The result of the treatment was the restoration of reproductive function and the delivery of a healthy child, as well as the onset of a second spontaneous pregnancy over the next 3 years.
