Objective — to explore risk factors of stroke in men of different age groups exposed to adverse environmental factors at work. Material and methods. Four hundred and eleven men after stroke, aged from 30 to 65 years, including 335 patients, who had been exposed to adverse environmental factors at work, were compared to 76 patients who had not been exposed to adverse environmental factors. Results. The distribution of the frequencies of risk factors of stroke depending on the character of adverse factors was shown.
