Abstract:

Placenta accreta is a risk factor for the development of massive postpartum bleeding, hysterectomy, coagulopathy, as well as other complications of childbirth and the postpartum period. The article describes in detail the clinical observation of successful organ-preserving surgery — metroplasty — in pregnant woman with monochorionic diamniotic twins with placenta previa and accreta and uterine scar after cesarean section.
