Abstract:

Based on the data available in the literature on the etiology, classification, and treatment of thyroid cancer, including this during pregnancy and on the analysis of their own observations, the authors present the features of the course and management of pregnancy and labor, and perinatal outcomes in this cancer. Data on the course of pregnancy and perinatal outcomes are analyzed in 72 pregnant women after surgical treatment for thyroid cancer. It is established that this category of patients may have healthy children if surgery and subsequent adequate treatment are correctly and timely performed.
