A clinical case of undesirable vascular phenomenon after non-surgical rhinoplasty with a filler based on calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres is reported. Clinical symptoms were hyperemia, severe pain and swelling of the back and tip of the nose. Conventional pharmacotherapy was followed by three procedures of oxygen-ozone mixture injection into the problem area in this patient. Negative symptoms were completely resolved a week later. Literature review confirmed that tissue oxygen saturation (hyperbaric oxygenation is usually described in publications) is justified and effective method of complex treatment of ischemic skin lesions after filler injection.
