This article presents a clinical case of treating a 39-year-old female patient with disseminated gastric cancer after combined treatment with peritoneal carcinomatosis and ovarian metastases. The patient underwent two lines of systemic polychemotherapy and immunotherapy combined with sessions of intraperitoneal aerosol chemotherapy. The observation period exceeded 30 months.
