At the end of 2019, a new viral infection appeared in China that spread throughout the world causing a pandemic. The causative agent of a new variant of the coronavirus infection COVID-19 is the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. It is known that the most common clinical manifestation of a new coronavirus infection is bilateral pneumonia; in 3—4% of patients, the development of acute respiratory distress syndrome was recorded. Chinese, American and European scientists describe a variety of cutaneous manifestations in patients with COVID-19 coronavirus infection. When the authors observed 226 patients with COVID-19 infection at the MEDSI clinical hospital in Otradnoye (Moscow) from May 17 to June 20, 2020, various skin rashes were observed in 46 (20.4%) cases. We present a review of the literature data on the cutaneous manifestations of COVID-19 coronavirus infection, their working classification, as well as a description of the clinical case of the development of papulo-vesicular rashes in a patient with COVID-19 that in our observation were the most frequent cutaneous manifestations of this disease.
