Abstract:

Surgical treatment of patients with combined atherosclerotic lesion of coronary arteries and lower limbs arteries is always a difficult problem. The authors describe surgical strategy of simultaneous coronary artery bypass grafting and extra-anatomic aortic-femoral bypass in patient with severe coronary artery disease and abdominal aortic occlusion followed by critical limb ischemia.
