Ось «мозг—кишечник—микробиом» при болезни Паркинсона

Резюме

На сегодняшний день болезнь Паркинсона (БП) является одним из самых распространенных двигательных неврологических заболеваний. Клиническая картина БП включает как моторные симптомы (гипокинезия, мышечная ригидность и тремор), так и немоторные проявления (астения, депрессия, гипосмия) и когнитивные расстройства. Основным звеном патогенеза БП принято считать накопление патологического α-синуклеина, однако определенную лепту в патологические процессы вносит нейровоспаление, оксидативный стресс, митохондриальная недостаточность и дисрегуляция оси «мозг—кишечник—микробиом». Настоящий обзор современной медицинской литературы посвящен изучению последних исследований значения изменений в желудочно-кишечном тракте при БП. Анализ показал вовлеченность микробиома и определенных таксономических групп бактерий в развитии БП. Кроме того, накопление α-синуклеина, согласно последним данным, начинается именно в нервных сплетениях кишечника и далее неврально восходящим путем распространяется в структуры центральной нервной системы, поражая черную субстанцию, в частности.
