Abstract:

The diagnostic of bladder cancer in pregnant women is extremely rare. The article presents the features of the clinical manifestations of the disease both at an early and late stage. Attention is drawn to the fact that both the initial symptoms of bladder cancer (single painless macro- or microhematuria) and manifestations in the later stages (pain above the womb, in the perineum, in the sacrum, in the lumbar region) can go unnoticed and require a large oncological alertness of the obstetrician-gynecologist observing pregnant women. Methods of diagnostics for suspected bladder cancer and methods of treatment of pregnant women with bladder cancer are presented. It’s demonstrated in three clinical observations.
