Abstract:

The great clinical significance of hyperplastic processes in the endometrium is that they are one of the most common causes of uterine bleeding in women aged 45—55 years and their hospitalization in hospital. Endometrial hyperplasia, especially with atypia, is a significant clinical problem because it can precede endometrial cancer. Over the past few years, the assessment of the condition of the endometrium has changed in the recognition that the pathology of the endometrium is not always global in nature. Endometrial thickness is not may be the only sign of endometrial hyperplasia.
