One of the causes of infertility may be the thin endometrium. However, the latter is characteristic of two fundamentally different conditions: the atrophic variant of chronic endometritis and endometrial regenerative-plastic insufficiency. This review presents the principles of a differentiated approach to managing patients with the above mentioned syndrome
