This paper describes a clinical case of management of a pregnant woman with giant condylomas of Buschke—Löwenstein. It shows that current combined treatments using the human recombinant Interferon-α-2b with highly active vitamin E and C antioxidants (Viferon) and careful observation and examination allow prolonged pregnancy and successful vaginal delivery. Spontaneous uncomplicated labor occurred at 40 weeks’ gestation. She delivered a girl (weight 2840 g, height 49 cm), with an 8—9 Apgar score and no apparent malformations. Polymerase chain reaction assay revealed no high-risk human papillomaviruses (HPV) or HPV 6 and 11 in the child’s buccal and vulvar epithelial scrapes. The described clinical case is an example of the active combined treatment policy for a pregnant woman with giant condylomas of Buschke and Löwenstein, which includes radiowave neoplasm removal in combination with immunomodulatory and antiviral therapy.
