Objective: to provide a scientific rationale for the differentiated use of non-drug technologies in patients with chronic endometritis. Subject and methods. A randomized controlled clinical trial examined 168 reproductive-aged gynecological patients diagnosed with chronic endometritis who were grouped according to a therapeutic factor: 1) (a control group) (n=32); 2) photopheresis treatment including hyaluronidase in conjunction with azoximer bromide (n=33); 3) low-intensity infrared laser radiation (n=36); 4) contrast massage (n=67). Group 1 received metabolic drug therapy. Physical examination, transvaginal echography, and uterine vessel Doppler study were performed; the patients’ psychoemotional status was assessed by psychological testing techniques. Results. There were improvements in the echographic parameters of the endometrium and intraendometrial blood flow, in the parameters of the microcirculatory bed, and hormonal status in the groups of patients who had received physical treatments as compared to the control group. Conclusion. Contrast massage, low-intensity infrared laser therapy and photopheresis plus hyaluronidase in conjunction with azoximer bromide should be recommended for patients with chronic endometritis in accordance with the prevalent pathogenetic type of the disease.
