Pregnancy in female renal transplant patients is accompanied by the higher incidence of obstetric and perinatal complications; however, the chance of a favorable outcome of this pregnancy is rather high. The paper analyzes the latest publications on pregnancy planning after kidney transplantation, on the specific features of immunosuppressive therapy during pregnancy, on possible complications and principles of their prevention and treatment.
