Abstract:

The paper presents the results of a retrospective clinical examination of 65 pregnant women who underwent surgical treatment (myomectomy) in their second trimester. Histological findings have been used to form 2 patient groups: 1) 34 pregnant women with necrotic uterine myoma; 2) 31 without the above condition. The specific features of the course of pregnancy in both groups of patients and the ultrasound markers of tumor necrosis are presented.
