The paper describes a cesarean section procedure during incomplete pregnancy, by extracting an infant in the whole fetal bladder. The operation was performed at 28-37 weeks gestational age in 40 women whose neonatal infants formed a study group. A control group included 40 premature neonates extracted at the same gestational age during traditional cesarean section. The study group infants showed reductions in the rate and degree of intraperiventricular hemorrhages, the severity of cerebral ischemia, and infant morbidity by 1.9 times.
