Research objective — to establish clinical anamnestic characteristics of patients associated with violations of embryological indicators while carrying out the IFV programs. Materials and methods. 80 women are examined while undergoing treatment for infertility by IFV method. The study group comprised of 50 patients, with disorders of early embryogenesis, when at least in two attempts of treatment there were no embryos suitable for transfer, control group — 30 women with good indicators of an embryogenesis. Results. A number of significant differences is shown between study and control group: primary infertility in study group — 62%, control group — 36.7%, researches — 62%, infertility duration — 6±2 years and 2.6±1.5 years respectively. Risk of developing bad embryos is 4.8 times higher at body weight deficiency (BMI<19) (0.63—36.51). Reliable differences are revealed in the structure of causes of infertility, which turned out to be traditional in the control group: tubal peritoneal factor — 60%, endocrine — 3.3% associated with endometrioid ovarian cysts —10%, combined — 20%, unclear genesis — 6.7%. In study group patients, causes of infertility cardinally differed: unclear genesis 32%, endocrine genesis — 18%, endometriosis ovaries — 14%, combined — 10%. Study group has 2.5—5 times more ovary operations, including bilateral and repeated resections. Conclusion. Adverse indices of early embryogenesis and absence embryos, suitable for transport in repeated attempts of IVF in young women is associated with primary infertility of an unclear genesis, endocrine-metabolic disorders, low body weight, repeated operations on ovaries and a long period of infertility.
