Objective — to conduct a differential diagnosis of the multiple primary or metastatic synchronous endometrioid malignant tumors of the ovaries and the uterus. Material and methods. The work analyzed somatic mutations in the genes CDKN2A, ARID1A, MLH1, ARID5B, FGFR2, CHD4 in 10 patients with synchronous endometrioid adenocarcinoma of the ovaries and endometrium. Results. In 6 patients out of 10 most of the loci examined showed a consistent picture of the distribution of mutational changes in the endometrium and ovaries that can indicate their clonal i.e. metastatic origin. At the same time heterogeneity and the differences in mutational changes were identified in 4 other samples. Conclusion. No strong correlation between genetic and morphological particularities of the tumors of the ovaries and endometrium examined by us was revealed.
