Objective — to assess the influence of dienogest on emotional and functional state of patients with endometriosis. Material and methods. The article presents the results of a survey of 111 patients with external genital endometriosis. The characteristic of clinical, psycho-emotional and functional features of these patients is depicted throughout the article. the issues of treatment of patients with the use of dienogest in combination therapy are considered during the survey. Results. New data on the positive effect on psycho-emotional state of dienogest have been received within 3—6 months of the treatment of patients with external genital endometriosis.
