Abstract:

In this paper the value of excess thrombin generation and low blood fibrinolytic activity for pregnancy failure in IVF cycle, as well as the need for their therapeutic correction to improve the outcomes of the reproductive technology were defined. Application of low molecular weight heparins ( in high prophylactic doses ) and intermittent pneumatic compression , with appropriate evidence , during IVF allowed to reduce the number of failures of pregnancy (24-39%) and 3.2 times lower incidence of reproductive losses in the I trimester of pregnancy.
