Objective. To reveal the immunological differences between short term pregnancy after ART and spontaneous pregnancy. Material and methods. The comparative prospective study. The main group consisted of women with short term pregnancy after ART, the control group included women with spontaneous pregnancy. Results. The dominance of cellular immunity and significant increase of estradiol and progesterone levels were revealed in the main group. The activation of cellular immunity was observed in the control group. Conclusion. The ART pregnancy is characterized by shift of cytokine balance in blood serum to the proinflammatory cytokines. This can be predictive for termination of pregnancy.
