The article presents a new diagnostic test which is not dependent on endogenous and exogenous progesterone level and allows to evaluate the implantation and the state of sincitiotrophoblast. Investigation of percentage ratio of prolactin isoforms during pregnancy was showed to predict a high risk of miscarriage.
