The paper describes a clinical case of simultaneous surgical treatment for a unique concurrence of rare gastrointestinal tract tumors: gastric schwannoma and rectal leiomyosarcoma. Moreover, a minimally invasive laparoscopic organ-sparing intervention could be performed in the patient. There are data on the frequency of these tumors and on approaches to their treatment
