Резюме

Вещество P (substance P, SP) является ключевым нейропептидом, играющим важную роль в нейротрансмиссии, воспалительных реакциях и регуляции иммунной системы. Его высокая степень консервативности и широкий спектр биологических функций, включая взаимодействие с рецепторами NK1, подчеркивают его значимость в физиологических и патологических процессах. SP значительно влияет на развитие дерматологических заболеваний, таких как псориаз, атопический дерматит и розацеа, а также участвует в процессах заживления ран и модуляции иммунного ответа. Современные исследования акцентируют внимание на его роли в активации как врожденного, так и адаптивного иммунитета, что делает его важным регулятором иммунной активности. Множество функций SP указывает на его потенциал как терапевтической мишени, особенно в лечении воспалительных заболеваний кожи. Кроме того, вещество P участвует в регуляции болевых ощущений и нейроиммунных взаимодействиях, что расширяет его роль в патофизиологии болевых синдромов. Разработка антагонистов рецепторов NK1, таких как апрепитант, открывает перспективы для лечения воспалительных заболеваний кожи и нарушений иммунной системы. Эти данные подчеркивают важность таргетирования SP и его сигнальных путей как нового подхода в лечении дерматологических и иммунологических заболеваний.
