The problems of diagnostics and treatment of syphilis are still relevant for practicing venereologists. Many questions are the matter of study and discussion, as well as the basis for development of patient management algorithms with allowance for the current features of the disease. The article presents the author’s view on the current problems of practical syphilology and clinical cases substantiating the proposed point of view.
