Abstract:

We report two cases of lichen simplex chronicus of Vidal with underlying eczema and psoriasis. Characteristic features of the clinical presentation and treatment strategy were described. This disease is quite common but rarely detectable and deserves attention of dermatologists in order to develop algorithms for timely diagnosis and effective treatment to improve patient’s quality of life.
