The main goals of scleroderma treatment include slowing up the progression of the disease, stabilization of the process, and regression of the clinical presentation. Therefore, the treatment should be well-timed, multi-component and pathogenetically justified. Material and methods. A total of 38 ambulant cases with different clinical forms of CS were observed, including Pasini-Pierini atrophoderma - 6 (15.8%) patients, lichen sclerosus - 7 (18.4%) and morphea guttata - 25 (65.8%) patients. The patients aged 16 to 54 years (mean age 48.1±2.3 years); disease duration ranged from several months to 3 years (mean, 11.1±2.4 months). The progressive stage was diagnosed in most patients, i.e. 29 (76.3%) patients, and the stabilization stage was found in 9 (23.7%) patients. All patients were prescribed with complex pharmacotherapy according to the standards for this pathology, and phonophoresis using combined administration of Longidaza 3000 IU and ultrasonic vibrations using a continuous or pulsed mode with a frequency of 880 kHz to 1 MHz. Results and discussion. Comprehensive treatment that includes administration of coformulated drug Longidaza 3000 IU in sonophoresis method is a high-efficiency pathogenic therapy of patients with different clinical forms of CS, as evidenced by the improvement in the dermatological status, laser Doppler flowmetry and ultrasonography data. Conclusion. The results show that Longidaza needs to be included to the complex therapy of patients with circumscribed scleroderma.
