The paper gives a concise history and clinical picture of multicentric reticulohistiocytosis. It describes a case of the disease in a 33-year-old woman. The difficulty in diagnosing reticulohistiocytosis is that this pathology is rare and its clinical picture is variable. Multicentric reticulohistiocytosis may be a manifestation of malignancy and give rise to systemic lesions in the bone marrow, heart, lung, and kidney and to destructive changes in the bone.
