Abstract:

Recurrent postoperative heart failure in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is a very rare case in clinical practice. Redo surgical treatment of a patient with obstructive HCM and recurrent symptoms of left ventricular outflow tract obstruction is reported in the manuscript.
