Efficacy of neonatal cardiosurgical interventions carried out in children's municipal clinical hospital was analyzed using EACTS Congenital Database criteria. During July 2008-December 2012 217 neonates with heart diseases admitted to hospital underwent 267 operations. All clinical observations were arranged according to Aristotle Basic (ABS) and Aristotle Comprehensive (ACS) Scores. 32.6% of patients were operated under artificial circulation, 19.1% - using endovascular methods. Surgical mortality amounted 8.98%. Average score of surgical complexity according to ABS amounted 8.1±2.4 points and 11.3±3.7 points according to ACS. Surgical productivity in neonates (product of average ABS and hospital survivability) amounted 7.4. It is shown that performance indicators in cardiosurgical unit of children's multi-field Moscow hospital don't vary from average European indices for surgical mortality, but are notable for higher complexity of pathology, lesser percent of off-pump operations, lesser duration of artificial lung ventilation postoperative hospital stay.
