The study is based on the results of examination and treatment of 79 children aged from 3 months to 15 years with congenital obstructive megaureter. Most children were boys - 45 (57%), girls - 34 (43%). Infants (up to 3 years) were obviously prevailing - 55 (69.6%). Endosurgical intervention on UVS was constantly carried out under cover of antibiotic prophylaxis. Outcome analysis of the study showed that good, satisfactory and unsatisfactory results of treatment were obtained in 41.5%, 45.7% and 12.8% respectively. In general, treatment efficacy for the entire group of patients exceeded 80%, indicating that the treatment strategy is correct.
