Abstract:

Forensic expert assessment of medical care outcomes is included in professional competencies of anesthesiologists and intensive care specialists. Quality of these procedures determines fairness of resolving controversial situations and fate of health worker who provided medical care, overall prestige and personnel situation in this specialty. Timely familiarization of anesthesiologists and intensive care specialists with changes in legal regulation of forensic medical expert activities will improve its quality.
