Abstract:

The authors used a practical example to consider proper criminal-legal assessment of causality in multiple violations committed by different doctors at different stages of providing medical care. The consideration utilized the dialectical methods of cognition, analysis, generalization, systems approach, methods of induction, deduction, comparison, statistics, and special legal methods.
