
Новый взгляд на биомаркеры крови у пациентов с болезнью Альцгеймера

Болезнь Альцгеймера (БА) как одна из ведущих причин развития деменции в мире является нейродегенеративным заболеванием с длительным досимптомным периодом и развитием медленно прогрессирующих когнитивных нарушений. Рост числа пациентов с установленным диагнозом БА и социально-экономические последствия, которые под собой скрывает эта патология, создают предпосылки для активного поиска и внедрения в клиническую практику доступных методов контроля заболевания. Одним из ключевых направлений является совершенствование методов ранней диагностики БА. Это дает возможность терапевтического вмешательства на додементных стадиях и дальнейшего предупреждения необратимой прогрессирующей дегенерации нейрональных структур. Диагностика БА основывается на совокупности данных клинической картины, методов нейровизуализации, а также на анализе спектра биологических маркеров в цереброспинальной жидкости. Однако применение данного лабораторного метода оценки в клинической практике ограничено ввиду недостаточной доступности и инвазивности процедуры. Именно поэтому исследование биомаркеров крови представляет собой перспективное направление диагностики заболевания. В представленном обзоре литературы рассмотрены данные о традиционных биомаркерах диагностики БА в крови с точки зрения современных представлений о патогенезе БА, а также обобщены результаты проведенных на сегодняшний день исследований в области менее изученных биомаркеров крови при БА, которые имеют возможный диагностический потенциал для разработки экономически эффективных и доступных биомаркеров для доклинической диагностики.
