Herpes viruses (CMV, EBV, HSV) are potentially important link in a periodontal disease pathogenesis. Patogenicity of viruses is complex and is carried out or a direct becoming infected and replication or by virus and immune alteration through modulation of the T-lymphocytic responses. Relevance of researches of this pathogenesis aspect of a periodontal disease is caused by body height of number of patients with an aggressive form, immunocompromised patients.
