OBJECTIVE

On the basis of the study of clinical and anamnestic data in women of reproductive age with abnormal uterine bleeding due to endometrial hyperplasia, to establish risk factors for the development of this pathology.

MATERIAL AND METHODS

The study involved 179 patients of reproductive age, among whom 47 women who applied for pregravidal preparation formed the control group and 132 women with abnormal uterine bleeding due to endometrial hyperplasia formed the main group.

RESULTS

It was found that the risk of endometrial hyperplasia development increases with age in the presence of excessive body weight, medical abortions in the anamnesis, gastrointestinal tract diseases, irregular menstrual cycle in the anamnesis, infertility, uterine myoma, genital endometriosis, chronic endometritis, as well as in women with peculiarities of social status (unmarried).

CONCLUSION

A more detailed study and identification of affectable risk factors for the development of infertility in women with chronic endometriosis.
