OBJECTIVE
To analyze the corpus uteri cancer incidence rates and cancer care quality in reproductive-age women residing in the territories of the Siberian Federal District (SFD).
MATERIAL AND METHODS
Specialized form No. 7 «Report on diseases of malignant neoplasms» and form No. 35 «Information on patients with malignant neoplasms» for the period 2013—2022 were analyzed.
RESULTS
In the SFD (2022), in the structure of oncological morbidity among women of reproductive age (15—49 years), uterine cancer ranked 6th with a specific weight of 5.7%. From 2013 to 2022, the age-standardized incidence rate (ASR World per 100, 000 ) increased from 16.2±0.3 to 19.7±0.4, there was no statistically significant increase in reproductive age (9.3±0.5, 2022). The level of early diagnosis (stage I-II) increased both in the federal District generally (from 73.7 to 84.1%) and in most of its regions. The proportion of advanced cases (stage IV) in the SFD has not changed (6.6%, 2022).
The contingent accumulation index increased both on average in the SFD (from 9.4 to 10.2) and in in separate regions. According to the SFD, there is a positive decrease in the 1-year mortality rate from 9.9 to 8.3% and an increase in the proportion of patients registered for 5 years or more from 59.6 to 65.6%.
CONCLUSION
In the Siberian Federal District, there is an increase in the corpus uteri cancer incidence in general, among women of reproductive age the indicators are stable. Most quality cancer care parameters have improved over time, with the exception of advanced stage cancer. Measures for early detection and effective treatment of corpus uteri cancer need to be improved.
