In the conditions of scientific and technological revolution, use of modern physics breakthroughs enriches them with radically new research methods, processing diagnostic data and an effective impact on individual physical systems and on the organism as a whole. Primarily it refers to the use of laser radiation and medical technologies based on it. However low- and high-intensive laser radiation is little used in dentistry due to inadequate medical equipment, lack of training for medical specialists, insufficient financing of basic research on this subject. Thereby it is worth assessing the relevant problem, possibilities and perspectives of providing modern laser technologies in therapeutic dentistry clinic. Research objective: studying the application range of modern medical laser technique in therapeutic dentistry. Research materials and methods: all the studies were performed with modern laser hardware-software complex ИнСпектр M. All experiments were carried out using microbial culture as a test object: Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in concertation 5×10×4—5×10×9 CFU/ml. Patients with enamel and dentin caries (40 men and 40 women, age 25—45) participated in clinical trials. Results of the research indicated that the developed method in express mode is available to reveal both and microbial factor and teeth demineralization rate. Moreover the technology application will allow determining relative rate of hard tooth tissues demineralization, effectiveness of remineralization therapy, differentiating diagnoses of hard tooth tissues decay, evaluating oral hygiene, cariogenic situation, effectiveness of prevention medicines application, diagnostic and caries complications treatment.
