Abstract: During the retrospective analysis of the history of disease it has been established that a nasal decongestant intoxication are a main cause of hospitalization of children in toxicological department. It makes 21,5-25,3% in structure of a children's toxicological pathology. More than 90% of cases of nasal decongestant intoxication happen at children under 3 years. More than 92,8% of cases the of nasal decongestant intoxication are application naphazoline drops with excess of a single dose and frequency of use. Cases of intoxication of nasal spray with other imidazoline (xylometazoline, oxymetazoline) and phenylephrine hydrochloride are below 10%.
