The article presents a rare clinical case both in the practice of a gynecologist and a surgeon. The cyst of the Nuck canal can be a cyst of a round ligament, localized in the inguinal canal. It is manifested by protrusion of the formation in the direction to the labia majora, clinically imitating an inguinal hernia.
