Abstract:

Objective — the creation of verifiable ART efficiency monitoring system in clinics of Ural Federal District. Material and methods. 5103 ART cycles performed under compulsory health insurance (CHI) in 11 clinics of Ural Federal District during the period from 01.01.15 to 31.12.15 were analyzed. 368 pregnant women under dispensary care in FSBI «Ural Research Institute of Maternity and Child Care» Ministry of Health of Russia and 156 infants were investigated. Results. A prospective ART register with healthcare delivery quality audit on-line system was created. The system provides information at all stages beginning with pre-conceptional preparation to children catamnesis unit. Conclusions. ART monitoring program provides verifiable data about ART centers efficiency. It may be used for optimization of healthcare delivery procedure for married couples with infertility and also for allocation of quotas given to health care institutions.
