Objective — to evaluate the diagnostic and prognostic possibilities of detection of serum autoantibodies to identify high-risk women in the birth of a child with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Material and methods. Special immunochemical method of research was Eli-Viscero-Test used to analyze changes in serum content of a number of natural autoantibodies. Results. The immunoreactivity profiles of serum of mothers who have given children with autism often find anomalies associated with markers of antiphospholipid syndrome, auto – antibody to beta2-GPI (in 40% of cases), and they themselves are autistic children with abnormalities of the auto-antibody to dsDNA (31% of observations). These data indicate a high frequency of violations of immune-inflammatory disorders in mothers and their children of the examined groups. In addition, 44% of mothers are determined by the anomalies of immunoreactivity associated with auto-antibody to Spr-06 (a marker of endometritis and/or immuno-inflammatory processes in other pelvic organs). Conclusion. It is assumed that the development of specialized immunochemical methods for the analysis of serum profiles of immunoreactivity in the near future can become the basis for the organization of a wide screening of women planning pregnancy with the aim of identifying the immune system disorder.
