Abstract:

Objective — to study the dynamics of indicators of life quality and features of psychophysiological reactivity of the men from infertile couple. The problems in family or serious somatic illness are defined in the range from moderate to extreme level among all chronic psychotraumatic factors; at the same time infertile couple in this context isn’t considered. Material and methods. The andrological and gynecologic status of the partners from infertile couple was studied and also the life quality was estimate (SF-36 Health Status Survey); expressiveness of manifestations of anxiety, depression and asthenia were studied; we evaluated the patient’s attitude to disease. Results and conclusions. It is established that the realization of infertility in marriage, patients pathospermia and accession of sexual disharmony is accompanied by progressive a decline in the life quality of men, forming in 82% of cases of mixed anxiety-obsessive and astheno-hypochondriac types of response to pathological conditions, the development of anxiety and depression, somatoform disorders in 12% of cases and most often neurasthenia (50%).
