Abstract:

A review of publications concerning estradiol supplementation in ART for endometrium and ovary preparation before and during early pregnancy is presented. The safety of high estradiol level during and after ovarian stimulation for ART is discussed, as well as effectiveness of estradiol supplementation during luteal phase, efficacy of cryopreserved embryo transfer with hormone replacement therapy, estradiol administration on patients with thin endometrium and luteal estradiol priming in poor responders.
