Objective. To define the forms of spermatogenic epithelium destruction, the mechanisms of compensation and prognosis for fertility after combined action of chromium and benzene. Methods. The experimental model of chronic intoxication of mice CBA×C57Bl6 male was used. Results. The pathogenetic factors of male sterility after hexavalent chromium and benzol action are defined. Gonadal cells necrosis, mitosis and meiosis disorders, as well as autoimmune alterations are the cause of infertility in experimental group. Conclusion. Chronic intoxication with hexavalent chromium and benzol leads to severe spermatogenesis suppression and aggressively affects the fertility.
