Abstract:

The paper reviews the literature on the current state of the problem of multiple primary cancers located in the retroperitoneal space and kidney. The authors describe their own clinical case of successful surgical treatment for multiple primary synchronous retroperitoneal tumor (hemangiopericytoma) with organ-sparing kidney tumor resection.
